Then serve with chicken soup, pepper, green onion, and ginger. The most special of his chicken is adding Chinese medicines to boil the chicken before. With the chicken soup, it brings out the strong flavor of the Chinese medicines and the taste of chickens. Actually you are able to buy this kind of chicken in any night markets in Taiwan.
