Ramen Arena (Japanese: Ra-men kokuki-kan

Ramen Arena is on the 5th floor of AQUA-CITY in Odaiba (Daiba). There are 6 famous ramen restaurants that are elected by all ramen restaurants in the whole country. These 6 ramen restaurants will only serve for half year in Ramen Arena. Half year later, there will be a new election.

The decorations are full of traditional Japanese styles. It is a really good place for people from other countries to visit.

 In the hallway, there are 6 posters of the popular cooks from those 6 ramen restaurants. In the bottom of the posters will introduce each famous ramen from their restaurant.

You have to buy a ticket first. You can order different foods from these 6 restaurants. So, if you go with a group of friends, then you can try all the famous ramen.

1) Gourmet-Town ()

Miso Ramen – It is the famous ramen in this restaurant. They produce a unique miso sauce and then sever with the pork. This is a strong flavor’s ramen, but the best of this ramen is not oily.

 

Salt Ramen – This soup is really light since the ramen serves with salt. So you are able to enjoy the deep saltiness original taste of the ramen thoroughly. But the pork is boiled with the soup that made from the fat of animals back(Japanese: se-a-bu-ra).

BBQ pork Ramen – The BBQ pork are boiled for over 3 hours with their unique sauce. And they recommend customers to eat the BBQ pork to serve with either miso, salt, or soy sauce.

Soy Sauce Ramen — This soup is boiled from the fat of animals back (Japanese: se-a-bu-ra), and mixed with sweeten Japanese soy sauce.
